Four and Five are in Budapest! They flew in yesterday, and I have a hunch they're sleeping right now, so I'm hijacking the blog to offer a little unsolicited advice....
Now, my baby sisters are a) passionate about their heritage, and, b) ninja shoppers. But I've got >10 years' experience on them. And fancier credit cards.
And, apparently, an excuse to share some more picture from our trip this Spring....
 |
| Don't forget to pace yourself -- I'd hate for you to wind up in the middle of Central Europe's most fabulous mall (designed by our very favorite Imi Bacsi!), with no energy left for shopping! |
 |
| If you happen to pop over to Austria, I vote YES to this |
 |
| ...and this |
 |
| ...and this. |
 |
| ...But would probably would pass on this stuff. |
Love that fabric, though I'm still wondering when you're going to share the pictures of Mr. One in his Lederhosen at the Von Trapp Inn...
ReplyDeleteAMEN!!
ReplyDeleteSo, I think you ladies know Prague? What are the essential souvenirs there?
ReplyDeleteHappy shopping and traveling Four and Five!!! I'm so proud of you both. One, I LOVE these shots!! I want to shop there. :)
ReplyDeleteThis post makes me very excited to be in Budapest in just about a week. But that Marmot Creme? What the heck?
ReplyDeleteChels, Marmot cream is Delicious. You could make Marmot cheese, and sell it to hipsters!!!
ReplyDeleteGinger - it's handmade lace and embroidery. Can you imagine? ...and, for the record, Mr. One only wears his lederhosen when we're alone.
ReplyDeleteKelly - PICTURES!! Beyond that, cut crystal in Prague is amazing. If that's to heavy/fragile, try amber or garnet jewelry or handmade lace.
Krista - one day we'lll have to hit Budapest's big market together!
Ches!! Gah! I miss you terribly. I am red, white and green with envy of all the lucky family that gets to squeeze your adorable preggo person!!!!
Z - you are endlessly weird, but I love you!
